Travel:

Almost all the models are available for travel, with the same prices plus a $200 surcharge, the cost of transportation, lodging and meals.

Methods of payment:

• You may use your credit card to prepay your fees via Western Union. Simply call 1-800-325-6000. They also have information available at www.westernunion.com.
• You may deposit funds directly to one of our bank accounts.
• You may overnight funds to us via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please understand that sending cash is risky, and you do so at your own risk.
